MyMoch Snack Hack - Passion Fruit Chocolate Cake Truffle Slice

My/Mochi Truffle Bites

Preparation

  • Mix cake slice with a fork until it becomes a smooth, even mixture
  • Remove the My/Mochi from the freezer; brushing off any excess flour
  • Take about 2 tbsp of cake and flatten to about ¼" thick; add a piece of mochi to the center of the flattened dough circle, press the edges together to completely cover the mochi
  • Roll the truffle in the topping of your choice
  • Place the finished truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours. Serve & enjoy!
