Mix cake slice with a fork until it becomes a smooth, even mixture
Remove the My/Mochi from the freezer; brushing off any excess flour
Take about 2 tbsp of cake and flatten to about ¼" thick; add a piece of mochi to the center of the flattened dough circle, press the edges together to completely cover the mochi
Roll the truffle in the topping of your choice
Place the finished truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and set in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours. Serve & enjoy!
